We understand that our children are our precious jewels. They need to be nurtured and brought up with the understanding that they will be taking over from us one day. This is why here at Look to the Word and Live Ministries; our Youth Department is put totally in charge of every 5th Sunday service. They plan and conduct the entire service for that day.

This is in line with God’s advise to the youths through King Solomon’s Eccl. 12:1, “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, "I find no pleasure in them."

Certainly, if you are living in this world, on this earth (not another planet), no one needs to tell you how evil and troublesome our days are today. Our youths are vulnerable to mishaps, and peer pressure; they want to feel included and involved in what they see their peers do. They want to feel cool. It is our duty and obligation to make sure our precious jewels are shown and taught the right way.  Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 

Our Youth Department leader, Miss Linda Sakupwanda and her entire team , under the close watch of Deacon Joseph Harris, Spiritual advisor; and co-pastor John Saigbah; are working hard to proclaim Jesus Christ.
